The research examines the Influence of Graphical Cartoons in Newspapers Publication with a particular focus on the Punch Newspaper, Lagos. Cartoon remained one of the important elements in newspaper content and it serving various degree of purpose ranging from setting agenda on public issue to the role of comic relief. The study was anchored on Agenda Setting Theory. The research used survey method coupled with questionnaire as a data collection instrument.
