INFLUENCE OF CHANGE MANAGEMENT ON EMPLOYEES PERFORMANCE

The study examines the influence of change management on employee performance with a focus on First City Monument Bank Plc, Lagos. The purpose of this study was to determine change management and its challenges on the performance of employees in First Monumental Bank Plc. The population of this study was 71 staff of the bank.
