INFLUENCE OF COMMUNICATION IN ORGANIZATION

The study investigated the influence of communication in organization using Osun State Polytechnic, Iree as a reference. Communication is the basis of human interaction and development since no human being can survive in isolation of others as effective communication fostering unity, understanding and general development. The research was anchored on Communication Models and Communication Processing Theory.
