ANALYSIS OF THE PROSPECTS AND CHALLENGES OF CAMPUS BROADCAST STATIONS

The study analyzed the prospects and challenges of campus broadcast stations with a focus on UNILAG F.M 88.9 FM. The study used Behavioural and Human Relations Management Theory, Fredrick Taylor’s Scientific Management Theory and Contingency Theory. The study adopted survey research method while questionnaire was used to elecit responses from respondents who drawn within Unilag F.M Lagos using non-probability sampling technique (purposive sampling).
