The study investigated the influence of management in the operation of F.M stations with a focus on Parrot F.M. Ogbomosho. The study was anchored on Behavioural and Human Relations Management Theory, Fredrick Taylor’s Scientific Management Theory and Contingency Theory. Survey research method was used in which 100 copies of questionnaires were administered to the respondents to elicit responses who were drawn within Parrot F.M.
