The research is set out to examine Public Perception of Media Report on President Muhammadu Buhari’s Health in Nigeria. Television such as LTV play a crucial role in politics particularly when it comes into the reportage of the ill-health of the President Buhari. The study was anchored on Perception and Agenda Setting Theory. Survey research method was adopted and 100 copies of questionnaires administered to 100 respondents while 90 copies were retrieved. The data collected were analysed and interpreted using frequency and percentage tables. Findings show that substantial number of the respondents were exposed to the Presidenti Buhari ill-health matters especially on LTV. It is established that majority of the respondents (66.7%) share positive perception regards the matter. Obviously, many of the respondents partially believe and trust media reportage of Buhari exposed to on LTV. It is recommended that media should be more responsible by reporting accurately especially when it comes to issues of public interest in as much it does not alter the national security while Nigerians should avoid negative and hate speeches that capable of causing crisis in the society especially a sensitive matters.
